Movie Review: Breach

Another weekend coming to an end, another movie seen, so to continue with my tradition the last couple weeks I'm reviewing the movie I saw. On a side note before I get into the details of the movie and what I think about that, Jenn and I had a great time with some of our best friends Jamie and Catherine Cambers over to visit for this wonderfull Canada day weekend. We had a lot of fun spending time with people we don't see all too often.

The general plot line of the movie Breach was that an FBI agent by the name of Robert Hanssen was selling secrets to the Russians. Rookie soon to be agent Eric O'neal is placed as his clerk to help out with the case they were building against him. It was your typical thriller, with very few plot twists and very a predictable ending. It was based on a true story of an agent who gave up the name of quite a few agents, which ended in their death.

In the end it was a sad story of a really smart person who went down the wrong path and covered his tracks extremely well for very long time. The movie was nothing special, and I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone. But if there is nothing else left on the shelf (as was the case with the 4 of us), then pick it up, get some popcorn and wait for it to be over before snuggling in for the night with whoever you snuggle with at the end of the night.

I'm gonna skip my usual pros/cons and just give it a 6.5/10.
